Service Description

Our Visiting Non-Member Drop-In option allows karate practitioners from other organizations or independent schools to train at Shiba Dojo while visiting the area. Whether you are traveling for work, relocating, or simply exploring different training environments, you are welcome to join a regular class. Training follows the structured curriculum of the Japan Karate Association (JKA), with emphasis on strong fundamentals, precise kata, and disciplined kumite. Visiting practitioners gain exposure to authentic JKA methodology while challenging themselves in a focused and respectful dojo setting. Benefits include: Maintaining consistency in your training while traveling Experiencing traditional JKA standards and structure Expanding technical understanding and perspective Training alongside dedicated adult and youth practitioners Our goal is to provide a serious, welcoming environment where visiting karateka can train hard, learn something new, and leave stronger than when they arrived.
