Our Free Trial Lesson is designed for beginners with no previous martial arts training. This introductory class allows you to experience authentic Shotokan karate in a safe, structured, and welcoming environment with no pressure and no obligation. You’ll be guided step-by-step through basic stances, punches, blocks, and simple movements following the standards of the Japan Karate Association (JKA). Instructors provide clear instruction and individual attention to ensure you feel comfortable and supported from the very first class.
